Directions
- Scoop 1/2 cup of pre-cooked Three Farmers Quinoa into a bowl.
 - Add 1 scoop store-bought, chopped Kaleslaw (or similar).
 - Mix with your favourite flavoured tuna, salmon, or protein of your choice.
 - If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle with nuts or sesame seeds.
 - For lunch-on-the-go, keep cool with a coolie brick and add tuna just prior to eating.)
