Prepare the quinoa:
Cook 3/4 cup Three Farmers Golden Quinoa according to packet directions.
Prepare the ingredients:
In a blender, blend the eggs, milk and vanilla. Add the quinoa and blend until smooth. With motor running, add the butter.
Transfer quinoa mixture to a bowl and stir in caster sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Pour into a greased baking tin and bake 35-40 minutes at 180º C, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
*Recipe can be adapted to dietary needs. Substitute milk with coconut milk, butter with melted coconut oil and cocoa powder with raw cacao powder.Return to Recipe Listing >
